By using Unbound Gifts ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including those who purchase films.
Unbound Gifts allows you to create AI-generated cinematic short films as gifts. Films are created using AI and may vary in quality. We do not guarantee any specific visual outcome.
Film purchases are non-refundable once generation has begun, as AI processing costs are incurred immediately. If generation fails completely due to a technical error on our side, we will provide a credit or re-generate the film at no charge. Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
Films are generated by AI and are owned by you upon creation. You may share, download, and use your films for personal and commercial purposes. You may not claim AI-generated content is entirely human-made in contexts where that distinction matters.
You retain ownership of any content you provide (messages, photos, song uploads). By providing content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to generate your film. You must not upload content you do not have rights to.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, pornographic, or illegal. We reserve the right to refuse generation and refund payment for content that violates these rules.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbound Film Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
